I’m Tracie Taylor, PMP, Founder and Chief Operations Strategist of Ardent Operations. I help owner-led companies see the operating constraints that are costing them time, margin, leadership capacity, and scalability.

After 20+ years across complex operations, project leadership, services, education, and product-based organizations, I’ve learned that growth does not fail because leaders need more ideas. It fails when decisions bottleneck, ownership is unclear, meetings multiply, and the business still depends too heavily on the founder to move work forward.

Ardent exists to help leaders build a clearer operating structure, stronger execution rhythm, and a business that can scale with less founder dependency.
